This letter was not the first in which the repair claim was raised, it was first raised on July 1 -2022, but on November 4, 2022, the circle of jointly and severally liable for repairs was expanded.  The demand, a daily price in silver I demand in compensation from those who act as "authority" unless I get another acceptable solution, has been mentioned in many letters.  The letters to this effect have been answered without commenting on the demand, which is why it must be considered that liability for payment is not in question and that all concerned are aware of the same.  The claim ends when compensation for damage already done has been compensated and continued damage removed through an agreement on the meaning of ID.

The repartition requirement since July 1 -2022 as previously is 4 ounces of physical silver of purity .999 or better per day in my hand until the damage is repaired, ie if the damage were to be repaired as a "Christmas gift" on December 24th of this year, the repair amount until then is 542 days x 4 ounces =  2168 ounces of physical silver of purity .999 or better (61.5 kg), and ceases thereafter because it refers to repair because the actual damage is not repaired.  In addition, of course, the standard 8% late payment interest since no silver has yet been left to me, 173 ounces (4.9 kg) as above is therefore added in interest.

As the problems for me with unrepaired damage increase with time, from January 1, 2024, I must additionally carry 10 times the repair amount from that date, ie from January 1, instead, 40 ounces of physical silver of purity .999 or better per day in my hand until the damage is repaired.  This is to be able to deal with the great difficulties that comes with not being able to legally have a state ID, I cannot enter into agreements with unknown contractual terms, that goes without saying.  I am also increasing the late payment interest from January 1 as it is critical for me to actually be compensated to be able to deal with the damage I am exposed to.  From January 1, if my damage has not been repaired then, 25% late payment interest in physical silver as above.

If we can come to a mutual understanding that will be respected, then regardless of the reluctance of the Transport Agency and judges to solve the problem, I would still be able to enjoy my unalienable rights by you respecting them in our meetings out on the road and so on. Because as expressed in the letter referred to above and in other letters, I am not under a guardian and therefore do not need permission such as a driver's license etc. to be able to move behind the wheel and pedals in wheeled vehicles (with or without registration).
